After working several years uptown in someone else’s barber shop Mr Jessie H. Winston decided to open his barber shop in 1942 and establishing himself as one of the Oldest Enterpreneurs of Natchez.
Dedicated to Quality And History
Not only was Winston Barber Shop known for serving the African American with a quality haircut. Mr Winston became a preserver of a living history of the city. Being born in Natchez in 1910 he shared his experience in the growth of the city and community through his eyes with all of customers .
